Just out of curiousity, why would Protestants care whether a man they believe is a fraud (that would include ALL popes) thinks someone else might be a fraud?

Because they are insecure in their 10,000 interpretations of the Bible, and their 10,000 denominations and their 1,000,000 splits and schisms. Notice the systemic policy of the Presbyterians to allow clergy to not even be gay but now have gay sex outwardly. Soon, there will be about 100 churches in that split that keep God’s law.

When I first came here there was so much camaraderie and that was what kept bringing me back. United in God and what we wanted the world and especially our country to be,a beacon of the Gospel. Not anymore! There are those who lack true humility and some are just plain hateful. While I don't agree with the Mormon church I do believe they believe in Christ! But some take it upon themselves at every chance they get to beat them down. And there seems to be some here who enjoy their ill feelings for the Catholic church and anything that it represents. Not that they don't agree with things of the church but their joy in attacking whatever they can about the church and Catholic themselves. I sometimes wonder why some get so much joy in berating or just putting down as some do here. In scriptures it speaks of who the real enemy is and that the battle is not from the flesh and blood. True there are evil men who do evil things, but how as we who believe in Jesus and the power of the holy spirit are always arguing and fighting against ourselves over postings as this. Does it do anything to build up the army of God with the power of the holy spirit to truly stand up against the evil in this world? We have serious issues in this country, evil that so far has destroyed 50 million dead children due to the adoration of material and impurity. Churches that are embracing homosexuality and abortion as if they were not contrary to holy scriptures. We will always have differences and I am sure the Lord will straighten it all out but we have got to stop this bickering. We have a guy running for president that goes against most of what the holy scriptures stands for,now there is a true battle to fight. Obama cannot win!

That is the 60,000 dollar question and when you know the answer, for sure, I’d appreciate if you would let me know.
