“All our righteous acts are like filthy rags”

(Isaiah 64:6)

By worldly standards, a good guy.

Yet he upholds the heresy of mormonism.

Well, how long do you think it will take to get to Ward janitor?

Is this in the Religion section because he is an Apostle?

Tonight, we grilled some amazing Italian sausage, with red peppers and red onion. I prefer red onion to Spanish onion because of its sweet flavor. I also made potatoes with rosemary, sweet corn (summer time you know). For dessert, I copied a recipe from Richard Blaise on Bravo's "Top Chef" and made a banana "scallop" where you cut the banana, dredge the top and bottom in brown sugar (I added cinnamon as well) and sear the banana on both sides. I served it with homemade vanilla ice cream and a chocolate sauce, and a sprig of mint from our garden.

Hope my response doesn't get pulled because it is too honest.

Thanks for the opportunity!

How was the banana scallop? I wondered, since Richard used it twice in the contest.

Richard actually used it THREE times in the competition.

I'll tell you in private how it was. I don't want to be accused of "hijaking" the thread.

Based on the ambivalence and apathy of this thread, perhaps you should post 27 more to try and persuade people to join your cult?

I love that show!

I was cheering for Richard but in the end I am glad Stephanie won. He knew he didn’t cook his best meal for the final.

And don’t get me started on Lisa! I can’t think of a single nice thing to say about that woman/man.

I don’t like talking about that show on this thread, I am really of topic here, so next season lets have a weekly Top Chef thread, Live!

...I prefer red onion to Spanish onion...

Is this "gang code"--ya know--like "gang signals" for a preference for monogamy versus polygamy since once a time LDS plural marriages were conducted in Juarez, Mexico? (Come on now, Sky, come clean)

...I copied a recipe from...

Are you insinuating that certain "prophets" have "copied" anything from second-hand sources--sources other than God himself? Somehow, I just get a feelin' that you're communicatin' in unreformed E-gibberish.
