My sweet little old gray-haired mom, God rest her soul, dearly loved St. Anthony. She never mailed a letter or package, or made a note to us kids that didn’t have “SAGWY” on it somewhere. (Saint Anthony Go With You)

Don't know what I'd do without St. Anthony.
If he weren't a saint, he would have a full time job just finding the things I lose. He has been a true friend -- I think the description of him as a "big brother" is accurate and true. A steady, helping hand.

I was in Padua last year and attended a mass at St. Anthony’s Basilica....it was a very moving and unforgetable experience for my wife and myself.
We also took a cab from the Basilica to Giotto’s
Scrovegni Chapel and spent a hour admiring the frescos of the great Giotto.

Thank you for posting this. I was offline all day yesterday, but it was, of course, the patronal feast for
St. Anthony of Padua Chapel. As Divine Providence would have it, I had the day off from work and went to Mass yesterday at St. Anthony's. The priest gave a very nice sermon on St. Anthony.
