Again? That's the condition by which she made the claim in the first place! All other forcing of conditions to the narrower sense, so far as to applying to this circumstance, have thus far, failed.

As to much else; I can agree to disagree.

Though the 'satan worshiping Christian' analogy you bring I do find ludicrous also. I do wish you hadn't brought that.

To bring that, and then declare it to be following the same logic that this person did, I vehemently disagree.

From Mary Ann's testimony, she doesn't appear to have been simply agreeing "hang out for a few years", as you put it.
Doing so, coupled with trying to *sneak* in the simply horrible "satan worshiping Christian" nonsense, is evidence for one's bringing of their own pride and prejudices to bear, in the attempts of tarring one's critic(s), so as to distance themselves from having to examine provided "testimony".

If that is the spirit by which you wish to continue, I'm not interested.

It's been a pleasure conversing with you.

I do see what you you're saying here, and certainly do not entirely disagree. You do make valid points.

I may not be able to continue in the upcoming future, poking around on FR, but I hope to remember all the fine folks I've shared correspondence with.

May the peace of the Lord be with you always, and in ever more increasing way.

Peace be with you also, BD. Your courtesy and quality of discussion are first rate.

It’s likely time for me to exit this thread as well. I’ve made what little points I have, and I’m plum outa fulsomeness.

I realize you wish this to be a discussion of the content of the author’s writings and I didn’t help in that at all. I won’t stand in the way of that any more and I hope you can do so on this or other threads.

Hope our paths cross again...

I believe that every Christian can have a personal relationship with God. We all have direct access to Him. We don't have to rely on professionals, church officials, and other special people.

AMEN! And thanks for the ping. She sure sounds like she is on the right road. One of the very first fundamental steps one must take to go from there to here is to understand that God is personal. She's done it! :)

The interesting thing is that our Roman FRiends are howling that this lady doesn’t exist, but yet we have a thread that has now gone 446 posts. 446 posts dedicated to someone who doesn’t exist.

I think they are protesting to much.
