Sad.

It’s easy to be against stuff. So what is she for? Has she got any answers to tough questions? Charm the terrorists with flowers? Against big companies. They provide jobs and she doesn’t have an answer to that other than write songs against everything.
Garbage served with “grace and style” is still garbage.
Sadly it’s the only way she can express herself and produce music.
Oh really? Fits right in if you ask me along with oldtimers like Streisand.
“Shine on the Catholic Church
And the prisons that it owns
Shine on all the Churches
They all love less and less”
WHAT? The Catholic Church owns hospitals, orphanages, AIDS clinics, shelters for battered women, universities, schools, daycare centers, pregnancy crisis centers... but PRISONS?
And it isn’t just Catholicism she hates:
Shine on good humor
Shine on good will
Shine on lousy leadership
Licensed to kill
Shine on dying soldiers
In patriotic pain
Shine on mass destruction
In some God’s name!
It never occurs to a moonbat like Joni that if no one ever "paved Paradise and put up a parking lot" there would be no record companies to give her the contracts that have made her a very wealthy woman.
Right up there in the ranks with Sinead O'Connor and Charlotte Church.
“Shes cynical and doesnt mind expressing it.”
‘Cause you know, cynicism is unknown to modern popular “musicians”, like 50 Cent, 9 Inch Nails, the Sex Pistols, Green Day...
I guess this is the “fair and balanced” part of Fox, cheering on a woman insulting the purposes served by our soldiers, snidely attacking belief in God, and proclaiming her superiority over the mindless masses using telephones in shopping malls. Being a guy that doesn’t much use his cell, I’d lay odds that Joni Mitchell has spent more time talking on cell phones in malls than I have. Her skin, stretched too thin from facelifts, isn’t what I consider the mark of a philosopher or spiritual thinker . . .
The face of Starbucks.
I’m destroying all her music in my possession.
As Mitchell prepared to leave her home in Saskatoon to relocate to Toronto, she became pregnant. Seeing no other alternatives, she gave her daughter, Kelly Dale Anderson (born February 19, 1965), up for adoption. The experience remained private for most of her career, but she made allusions to it in several songs, most notably the song "Little Green" (from Blue), and, years later, the song "Chinese Cafe" from "Wild Things Run Fast" ("Your kids are coming up straight/My child's a stranger/I bore her/But I could not raise her"). Her daughter, renamed Kilauren Gibb, began a search for her as an adult, and the two were reunited in 1997. [3]
I think that filth from Sinead O’Connor helped kill her career.
Another commie liberal doing what liberals do. Since I’ve never even considered give $3.00 for a cup of coffee I can’t quit so I guess you coffee aficionados will have to step up to the plate.
Or as I like to say....
A poo covered with chocolate is still a poo.
Thanks for the poo, Joni.
Typical depressed ex-hippy. I’ve got one in my family.
