It also really does make you read the Old Testament differently. To think that phrases like ‘Cloud’ and ‘Pillar of Fire’ were actually priestly titles, as well as having an insight as to what many of the rituals mean, it illuminates a lot of the early Word.

No, cloud means cloud and pillar of fire means pillar of fire.
They were not priestly titles.
