I was doing a Wikipedia search on Our Lady of Lourdes and I came across this website. I didn't realize the 150th anniversary was coming up and that there was a large event planned for it and, as far as I know, not many other people have heard of it either. This would be a wonderful pilgrimage opportunity for Church groups. I am thinking about going, and I'll probably take my mother along as well.
Check out the website, they even have a live feed!
What do you think?
Awesome. Thanks for the post.
Just imagine; France at one time had saints like Jeanne D'Arc, Catherine Laboure, Theresa of Lissieux, Bernadette and many others. Now, all they have is a bunch of murderous Muslims. La belle France ain't doing too well, huh?
I should not be so contemptuous on the country when things are not much better in the US.

I don't want to appear pedantic, but France, and we, still have these wonderful Saints.
You're right. Me stupid.
If you know of, and admire, the Saints named above you cannot be stupid at all.
Lourdes is a wonderful place to visit, and everyone that goes there seems to have a positive experience to report.
