Dear FRiends,This is an update about Mary and
Rachael. All Mary's test were negative but she does
have to have a stress test. She is on protonix and they
said at the hospital she has acid reflux. The pain is
getting better and she has to avoid stress and watch
what she eats. She has calmed down a little.Rachael
called me and said she was having 2nd thoughts about
going to help close my son Ed's house. She wanted Mary
to go with her,I asked her to be careful what she says
to Mary.Now-today she said she is not going so all the
prayers are working,I went on the air and told the
audience what happened and I cried until 5 in the
morning.A young man left a message.He said you don't
know me but I started listening 3 years ago.He said I
started crying because you were crying. He said he was
a painter and would write me.I believe in prayer and I
know God will bless each of you for your prayers for
our family,God Bless,Betty

Continuing to pray for you, for Mary and for Rachael. Do you have FReeper friends back there who could help you with Ed's house?

I'm glad some things are looking up! These times are never easy!
My great-aunts from West Virginia, who used to live in these almost vertical houses stuck on the mountainside, used to say "Dying is part of living, so you might as well accept it."
Easier said than done, sure, but true advice nonetheless!
Cheers and God bless at this difficult time.

Prayers, Friend. I've gone to ER 3 or 4 times the last few years with chest pain caused by my stomach, the last time because I hadn't had an attack in a long time as bad as that one was, and I was just making sure it wasn't cardiac...
digestion problems can hurt like the dickens.

I believe in prayer and I know God will bless Me too.
You have become dear to me, and dearer to so many of us, through these trials.
Your testimony, and the testimony of so many here who know the God Who Answers from Heaven, has manifested a shining, as of the sun, through the storm clouds.

Happy to hear the news about Mary. I had a similar experience many years ago. Thought I was having a heart attack because of the pressure and pain caused by an ulcer and acid reflux. Thankfully after several days on IV Prilosec, ulcer was gone, but still on life time meds for acid reflux. If this ends up being the only cause of her chest pain, she will be doing fine soon with the medication.
I will continue to pray for her and pray to hear great results from her stress test.
