The 2006 Frank Griswold Prize for Worst Use of an ECUSA Buzzword goes to ENS's Matthew Davies:
Selflessly serving the people of Sudan -- whose lives have been ravaged by a 21-year civil war that claimed two million lives and displaced four million people -- Episcopalians in the Dioceses of Virginia and Chicago have for nine years supported church initiatives for building infrastructure and improving the daily context for thousands of Sudanese.
My mother was an English teacher so pardon me a moment.
AAAAAAAAAAUUUUUGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you. Sorry you had to witness that. Matt? Have you EVER in your entire life met a friend of yours on the street and asked him, "How's your context treating you these days?" Thought not.
That's a new one. "Oh, dear! I think my context would be improved by a diaper change!"
It'll do when I need a perfectly Vulcan response to some crude greeting like "How's it hanging?" As in:
"Yo, how's it hanging?"
"By means of sufficient integument. And how is your context?"
