not that it is *sufficient*.You are free to reject the Word of God as not being sufficient.
God however says it is to make the man of God perfect and "throughly furnished."
2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
Your ideas and rejection of the sufficiency of God's word are at odds with God Himself.
John 12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

Nothing you have posted here states that Scripture is sufficient or the end-all be-all of Christian faith.
In actuality, you spoil your whole argument as the verses you cite due say that Scripture is "profitable" for teaching, correction, etc.
It is also "profitable" in helping to make the man of God perfect and able to do good works.
Sounds to me that Scripture is used as a means to an end, rather than being the end itself.
But *you* can feel free to reject what God's Scriptures say. *Your* soul is the one in peril should you decide to do so.

God however says it is to make the man of God perfect and "throughly furnished." No He doesn't. It says that the scripture is "profitable" to make the man of God "perfect, furnished to every good work". He does not say it is alone sufficient, just profitable. Oral instruction is mentioned throughout the letter.
"Throughly" is not there either. God says:
ina artios e o tou theou anthropos pros pan ergon agathon exertismenos (2 Timothy 3:17)
Please find "throughly".

oh, the Word of God is perfect -- however, MAN's interpretation of it is fault (as we ARE faulty, unlike God) -- so we as INDIVIDUALS err when trying to understand scripture on our lonesome. You read scripture in a community, don't you FC? You go home and ponder on your own as well, but you learn it with a group of people? Well, we do the same, only our community of people extends back 2000 years and includes the Apostles. That's what so many Protestant miss out on -- the depth. They are like seeds planted on shallow dirt, lacking the richness and the depth. We as individuals make mistakes -- and the Church Fathers as individuals make mistakes. But when united by the Spirit in the ONE Church, the CHURCH does not err...

And before you go further, the Church is the entire community, the continuity of Christian believers in the Apostolic Church founded through Christ through His Apostles.
