Detergent that mocks God?
Posted on 01/29/2006 7:20:16 PM PST by AngieGal
I just came across this new product yesterday. All has come out with a new triple concentrated detergent called All Small & Mighty. However when you look at the bottle, it just looks like "All Mighty".
What do you think of this? Cute or blasphemous?

    I think you're overanalyzing.

Yeah, and Diet Coke in Arabic mocked Allah.
Let's riot.

Definitely blasphemous. Torch the supermarkets immediately.

Am I missing something?

And do you think Jerusalem Artichokes need to be separated from the Jordan Almonds?

Small "a" and a small "m". Clealry not blasphemous. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

It's wise to look at things closely today.

The detergent All has been around for ages. I suspect small and mighty is their latest cutesy marketing gimmick. Unless I hear or see otherwise that's how I'll view it.

How about neither. All has been in the detergent market for a long long time, and their variations always work with their root name.

I think the point is that the detergent brand is called "All". This particular product is highly concentrated, which means the bottle is smaller than the usual detergent bottle. The "small" is written with small letters to highlight how it is "small" and yet "mighty" in it's cleaning power.
I doubt that the makers of All had any intent to mock God.

To: najida
From a distance, it just looks like All Mighty. The "small &" is in a much smaller front. I think they just added it to cover themselves.

They added the small because you use a smaller measure, the bottle is smaller and it's more concentrated.

That is why the "Small" is on the lable.

It's definately blasphemous, but don't expect most people on FR to even know what that word means, let along care about it.

Ah, the "sympathies" of Petronski are mine! I feel consoled already.
