Girls Inc., a nonprofit youth organization whose advocacy statement supports legalized abortion, contraceptive access and assistance for girls exploring their "sexual orientation." In addition to a $50,000 donation to Girls Inc., American Girl pledged to donate 70 cents from each sale of the $1 "I Can" bracelets to Girls Inc. Does the I Can bracelet mean;
I Can have sex anytime I want.
I Can have sexually transmitted deceases.
I Can have a child out of wedlock and not know who the father might be.
I Can live in poverty because I have children out of wedlock.
I Can die a horrible death such as AIDS because I did all of the other things.

I know this is not a homeschooling issue, pre se, but since the vast majority of homeschoolers do it for religious reasons, I thought they might be interested in this article.

I meant to post an email I got, but must have deleted it. American Girl sent out an email stating that their affiliation with Girls, Inc. ended late in December. It stated they had planned on ending it at that time and they had no plans to affiliate themselves with any other company in the near future. I am just stating what they wrote.

Some company exec's are truly lefticidal. They'll take their company down the tubes in the belief that their leftist social philosophies outweigh market realities. And other companies then profit from them being stuck on stupid. Gotta love it!
