Lewis, as usual, nails it.
Note, incidentally, how he states the clear function of the priest facing ad orientem. A suspicious (not to say tinfoil hat) person might consider that the revisionists in both the Catholic and Episcopal churches got rid of the priest facing to the East so as to dilute or conceal his role. . . . so as to make it easier for women to be ordained.
