It won't happen because the Orthodox have made it clear they won't reconcile until the Pope kisses the feet of their patriarchs and then falls on his sword.
Did you notice that he made this commitment on May 29 - the most fateful day in the history of the Eastern Church.

Reconciliation won't happen until the RCC gets rid of the Pope and the doctrine of infallibility, as well as removes other heretical doctrines, such as the immaculate conception etc.
