Oh yes, I agree.
She's wonderful and I love listening to her.
Did you just hear EWTN say that there'd be 3 votes today?

You may as well get over here.
I am not long for this night.
Think I'll have to pack it in shortly.

She's so pleasing to listen to, isn't she? She always has the right thing to say and as you've said her timing and delivery are impeccable. :-)
I am watching Fox right now (CNN seems to have an interesting shot with a statue in shot, and MSNBC is a bit close for comfort though Fox could stand to be a little closer) so I did not hear anything. Considering the Cardinals are sequestered I am doubting the 3 vote thing unless the Papa is the fruit of the 3rd vote!
I am guessing the 1st morning vote was indecisive because it's getting past 11 and they have a 2nd vote to do before noon, and I figure it takes a little over an hour to go through all the motions of voting.
Knitting, I hope you feel better soon! :-)

Has anyone posted the following site?
What the cardinals believe I think I picked the url up from the religion forum. I was reading in there until I got a forbidden yesterday. The site is very busy and may have been down for awhile, however it is full of articles written by or about the cardinals. Very informative.

I'm replying to you, because I too would think they would be reconvening soon, like 3 PM their time. However the media (well at least FoxNews) seem to think its not until like 7. The other channels don't really seem to cover it.
I woke up to a Fox News alert Gong about 10 to 5 this morning, and thought the smoke looked white, or at least much whiter than yesterday. Pope John Paul II was the only Pope for my lifetime, so I'm a little quick to jump the gun on the white smoke/black smoke thing.

Reconvene at 3, burn ballots at 7

They take a lunch break, reconvene at 3, vote sometime between four and five, then if they need to do it again, vote somewhere between five and seven, and burn the ballots at seven. If they pick someone in the afternoon first vote, you could expect smoke around 5 pm Rome time, say, sometime around 11 eastern...

We'll hold down the fort...and maybe when you get back you'll hear good news!

For what it's worth, it's just about five in the the afternoon in Rome...if they were successful on the fourth vote, we would see smoke any time now...and if not, we won't see smoke for another couple of hours.
