I do not intend to insult Fr. Gruner, but there is no way he needed to drag out the third secret into the huge book that he did. Sister Lucia most assuredly revealed the third secret in only a few SIMPLE paragraphs.
I can see that he is persecuted but also see that he brings it on himself. I am not being sarcastic or anything but, exactly what are his fruits?

Our Lady also made that request back in 1917.

She was supposedly to live to see the Reign of the Immaculate Heart. But that is just one of the many rumors surrounding the event of her death (rumors from years going)...

Where did you hear of this?
And on the matter of the death annoucement, there has been nothing - that I have noticed - on TV. Not even EWTN, which is currently airing a live show with Fr. Benedict Groeschel and is going on about.....Lord only knows what. No announcement which I have noticed.......unless I missed something.
Lucia is as well known - if not more (among Catholics) for a much longer period, then even Mother Theresa......but yet I hear nothing!

Sister Lucia and her message reminds me of the 8th station of the cross. Christ carried the cross to Golgotha now it is the Church's turn. Just as Christ warned the weeping women of Jerusalem to not weep for Him but to save their tears for themselves and their children. The Church had to warn the world to repent and weep for their sins, Sister Lucia gave voice to that call.
It was after that Christ fell for the third time, as the Church has fallen, weakened.
We will be striped of everything next. Some see the Churches striped of their sacred things with the modernization of the Churches.
We can not stop what comes after that, but bear with it to the end. We had a chance to stop it all in 1960. But Peter hesitated to strike the Rock just as Moses hesitated. Moses was punished for that so now must we all for our failures.
Rejoice. This will be an age of Saints. Read the book of Esther. Mordecai saved the King of Persia and was rewarded with the robes of the king, a kings crown riding the king's horse with a prince of the empire shouting this is one the king wishes to honor. That prince was none other than Aman who wished to kill all the Jews, Mordecai most of all. Funny how God works.
Our KING was clothed in his own blood, a crown of thorns, carrying a instrument of death. All the while mockers and scorners laughing, saying here is one who would be king of the Jews. But the story does not end there. A great Lady, modest even though she was a Queen exposed the evil man. He met his end and so did all the enemies of the Jews, though they took none of the spoils. There was a dream as well of two Dragons, one Aman and the other Mordecai. Will China play a role that is unexpected? Remember what John the Baptist's father said in his Canticle when speaking of the Saviour. His name will be Orient. Could he be speaking of a later time, remember the Old Testament did and many missed the signs of the times when IHS was born. They only wanted to see the signs they liked and flattered their egos.

I didn't even know she was ill for the last three months, like the article states. Do you or anyone else know this?

Vatican--Sister Maria Lucia has said that the secret of Fatima does not refer to the September 11 terrorist attacks, that its contents have been completely revealed by the Holy See, and that Russia has been consecrated to the Virgin Mary, as Our Lady requested.
The sole survivor of the visionaries of the Marian apparitions made this statement November 17, to Archbishop Tarcisio Bertone, secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. The content of the meeting between the Vatican aide and the elderly visionary, held at her convent in Coimbra, Portugal, was ...

This is very sad. I was just thinking about her this morning. I'm preparing to leave for Rome tomorrow, and I was thinking about the visions of Saint Margaret Mary, wondering why modern-day people don't receive visions. Then I thought of Lucia. Now I hear she has died.
May she rest in peace.

Here at Church. I walked in the office when some folks were talking. Don't make too much of it until I see them tomorrow.
