This has me worried. We need a new fish emblem!

Just add an "Asteroid of Vengeance" to the newest image.

Just add an "Asteroid of Vengeance" to the newest image. And make the outline of T-Rex into a skeleton.

we had to admit the Christians responded pretty strongly. We dont anticipate they can trump the new T-Rex emblem so easily! They may think they've "trumped" Christians, but exactly whom are they mocking? I doubt God is amused.

Folks, it's a joke. The article is satirizing the fact that people engage in argument over the origin of life via little plastic emblems on their cars, as if those plastic emblems are going to change anyone's mind.

An associate of mine thought that the fish on the car meant someone was gay.

This pseudo-intellectual oneupmanship accomplishes nothing. Those who want to resort to heavier firepower can show an OILFIELD full of dead T-Rexes all being slurped into giant supertankers with fish logos and Crosses...(grin)....but what changes minds is not oneupmanship but loving your neighbor with the love of Christ, "preaching to all, and when necessary, using words... "(St. Augustine)....

Anyone wanna take bets on how long before some news nerd reads this and does a report on the local evening news?
I fully expect a NY Slimes full page story on this, hailing it as the newest salvo fired over the bow of the EEVIL Christian Right clipper ship!

SSSHHH! You'll tip 'em off!

Yeah, it's "My dad can beat up your dad." I don't have any of these emblems. It's better to engage than enrage.

On a serious note, though, I do find it interesting that folks don't have any problem with ridiculing, mocking and defacing a Christian symbol, while they would be absolutely enraged if Christians came out with a symbol that mocked an emblem of some other religion.
To: psalm_singer
That, my friend, is a great point.
