“I tell you that a storm is brewing and it is not the kind of storm that one would normally see in nature. There are many forces gathering together to make a plan.”

[The Lord showed me a pair of binoculars that someone was looking out of and I knew somehow, that they were for me to look out through. After I began to look out of them, I looked out into the distance and saw a very large group coming towards me.

At first I thought it was an army of some sort. However, as the group came closer to me, I saw that they were people, citizens of a country, who were fleeing from something. There were thousands and thousands of them. The road that they were on turned towards me more and I saw that they were very much in panic and fear from what they were running from.]

“The scene that you saw represents a group of people who were running from a nuclear attack—for your nation, United States will be invaded. Woe to you New York City, for you will be ones held as running from a raging storm. Woe to you Washington D.C., for your battle is also like this. Will your arsenal ward-off the enemy? Where will you run, and where will you hide from the enemy?”

“There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name.” This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God’s commandments and remain faithful to Jesus. Rev. 14: 11-12

(At the beginning of this prophetic word, I looked overhead and noticed that there were three ravens that flew overhead. Each time I noticed them, and heard the flap of their wings as they soared above me and went off into the distance beyond the school that I live nearby.

I believe that each of these ravens symbolizes the forces of evil as they have begun their onslaught in the heavenly places.)

“I say that the era that many of you are living in is an era that specifies the end of all things. Look at the events that are around you, and tell Me, those of you who think otherwise. This is a time when many will look to other forms of religion. This is a time when many will fall from the faith.

This is a time when it calls for deep faith and endurance. Behold…. evil encircles round about you. The forces of evil plan to unleash all of their fury. This time marks the beginning of these onslaughts.

But remember that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. You were born for such a time as this, and you will be seen through these times. These things will mark the season that you are entering into, and they will follow you the next few years.

Remember that I’ve told you that that figure would arise who exalts himself. He will arise and will make himself known during the summer of 2006. The number that speaks of him also corresponds with that time frame. Remember those numbers, for they speak of June 6, 2006. But I will not leave you comfortless. What evidence? You haven't seen or presented any evidence. You're looking at a few web sites that all quote the same stuff in the same way. You can't produce one bit of historical evidence to point to the original "prophecy".

Besides, I thought you had "God's Voice" to "discern dreams and visions etc.".

Tell us plainly, according to your "discernment" whether it is absolutely true or a fake.

Thank you for the ping, Quix! There is only one remark I'd like to make which is relevant to TomSmedley's objection:

Indeed, the Scriptures are full of prophesy. Much of it confirms Jesus Christ and teaches us what to expect in the future.

The very fact that there was a beginning ("In the beginning, God created ...") indicates that He has a purpose or will for all that there is.

On the other hand, it is not a good idea to become anxious over prophesy (or anything for that matter).

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:6-7

Moreover, we should never try to prevent the unfolding of God will, no matter how much it hurts. I'm sure with all good intentions, Peter did, and was hit with a particularly harsh rebuke by Jesus:

Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men. - Matthew 16:22-23

In sum, I assert the proper attitude is to be watchful for the signs of times so that we don't become complacent (Mark 13) - while at the same time counting it all joy no matter what.
