In Judges 5:24 the inspired prophet and judge Deborah calls Jael, who drove the nail into the head of Sisera, as "blessed ABOVE women". That sounds even more exalted than "blessed AMONG" women. Should we worship Jael as a queen of heaven also?

The Gospel identifies an angel and and a woman under the direct inspiration of the Hold Spirit as calling Mary "blessed among women" without restriction.
Jael on the other hand:
"Blessed above women shall Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite be, blessed shall she be above women in the tent."
By taking that statement incomplete and out of context you distort it to your own ends. Than is not a wise manner to handle scripture
