Please pray also for an elderly gentleman i know, and his family, whom I've learned has just been admitted to a hospital. I don't know any specifics beyond this.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks for the life of this beloved mother, Margaret, and for the prayers that surround her at this time. Be ever so near to her, O God, in her hour of need. Speak to her in a whisper that we do not hear, in words that we cannot understand ... surround her with the joyous sounds of heaven that are meant for her alone. As she takes leave of this life, comfort the hearts of Grace Marie and her family ... be for them the assurance that parting is but for a brief moment ... joyous reunion is eternal.
