I haven't gone a month without Rush in 5 years. Although I am only 21...so, LOL!

You know, I like many conservative hosts, but when Mike Gallagher had the KRLA morning slot here, I really didn't care for him. He seemed to me to emote and paint in broad strokes, without the level of detail and analysis of a Rush or (going to the next tier) someone like Hugh Hewitt. I found Gallagher dull. JMHO.

LOL!!

I haven't ever heard him on the radio. I've only seen him on TV on Hannity and Colmes. He subbed for Sean tonight.

I also would love any of the three Fox and Friends morning hosts to sub for Rush.
Kilmeade, Hill, and Doocy.

I think Tom Sullivan is an excellent choice. A long time friend of Rush (FOR)? and one of the most intelligent and entertaining hosts I've listened to.
I used to live in Sacramento, and really enjoyed Tom's regular show.
My second favorite choice would be Roger Hedgecock from San Diego.

I miss Bill Handel... does he still do that law program on the weekends? "Handel on the law, where I give you marginal legal advice and tell you that you have absolutely no case."

Tom Sullivan is great because of his financial expertise,Al Rantel from ABC Affiliate in LA should be alternating with him.

I would like for every conservative who is accomplished enough to handle a national three hour program be given a day to do so.
We, who have our favorites in our region, but never get to hear any others, would be delighted.
How about it, EIB, give us a variety. They can do remote and it would be something to look forward to everyday...a new voice while Rush is gone.

Anybody but Tony Snow or Walter Williams. I dearly love these two guys, but they lack any real spark and their monotone voices drive me to the "off" switch on my radio after the first 45 minutes.

You know, reading that made me just think of it this way:
Look at the blacks who are honored and revered by white conservatives:
Clarence Thomas
Walter Williams
Thomas Sowell
Condi Rice
Ward Connerly
J. C. Watts
and so forth
Now look at the black people honored by the white left:
Mumia Abu Jamal
Al Sharpton
Nelson Mandella
Kofi Annan
Jesse Jackson
and so forth
Speaks volumes, doesn't it?
