What's really amusing about your post is that if Arnold does raise taxes, renege on the Driver License issue, etc. - you will be hard pressed to find anyone that will admit he that voted for him. Most will claim they voted for Tom.I will boldly say it "before it was cool" like I did on Feb 18th. I will yell it from the mountain tops. When Dole lost, GOP Senators/Reps running against hated Demos lost, I remember always looking at them as rather pathetic and embarrassing. Last night I when Tom gave his speech, I was applauding. Must be because I actually voted FOR that man and his platform. I only hope that my kids could not only know so much about civic matters and fight against all the powers that be for that, but to conduct themselves with such class, dignity, and statesmanship.
I will always be his supporter, may God continue to bless Tom McClintock.

My eternal thanks to all of you for being the court jesters in this campaign. Its nice when the other side makes the contrast between Schwarzenegger and the bunker mentality of the uber "conservatives" so crystal clear.
May you all be happy in the Libertarian Party, Constimatooshun Party, or whatever splinter group you choose to spin off. (But watch the colloidal silver - blue candidates garner even fewer votes than McClintock did this time around).
Welcome to my world (at least in the governorship in California).

Former LA Mayor Dick Riordon just said on Fox News, (10-8-2003, 9:20PDT),
"then you can raise taxes". I didn't catch the lead in remark he gave. He then turned around and said,
"I should have kept my mouth shut". Riordon finished by saying he was talking about an internet tax.
I guess Arnie and his people don't consider an internet tax, a tax. LOL

You did good! You did right! In the Presidential primary I didn't vote for "W" I voted for Alan Keyes to follow my heart and core principles and my teens have learned from it ;)
