Oh ok. I'm relaxing now... I think I know now why Sundheim is pissed off. He's NOT being asked if his guy is winning! I'd get red in the face too being forced to go "off message!"

And it will be McClintock's fault.

Yes of course it will be.

Prop 53 locks up a nice chunk of the budget for infrastructure.

Don't worry about a "keeping the polls open" court ruling like the St. Louis thing a few years back.

I understand the law in CA to be that all voters IN LINE at 8PM are allowed to vote. Any further arrivals are NOT.

I keep telling you guys, this may be tight. Grayout could beat this. The latest SurveyUSA poll was showing a horrific dive. I detected near panic in David Dreier's voice last night.

Exit poll stuff - cnn

1)Arnold supporter up first. Yes on recall.
2) No on recall, + Mc Clintock.
3)Mc Clintock, yes on recall.
4)Arnold, yes on recall.
That's all so far.

As a California resident don't you think it is unfair to the voters who vote 49% to keep Davis to then put in office a person who only gets 34% of the electorate voting?

That is not what democracy is all about is it? How would you feel if your candidate got 49% and lost to someone who only got 34% of the vote?

You may have this enshrined in your law in California but please get this changed.

Any plan to have a recall vote when the person in office gets 49% and so is kicked out but then the winner of the election only needs 34% is unfair, unjust to the electorate. I hope Davis stays in office

Who do you work for, the ACLU? (laughs)

I wouldn't be surprised if they file suit immediately after the election using this _exact_ argument as the crux of their case!

Cheers!

And it will be McClintock's fault.

Enough already! The day is here, do what you must but don't fault people for voting their conscience... that's what we were meant to do.
