Don't worry about a "keeping the polls open" court ruling like the St. Louis thing a few years back.

I understand the law in CA to be that all voters IN LINE at 8PM are allowed to vote. Any further arrivals are NOT.

The St Louis judge ruled that voters were "obstructed" from voting...all because there were cops cars parked in front (they used this in Florida too..saying "minority" voters were "intimidated" from voting by police). Another judge wuickly overturned this ruling, but the additional votes were COUNTED, resulting in a Carnalhan victory.

I dont expect such a close vote here, but I could imagine a left-wing CA judge ruling in a similar fashion.
