Can you take that stuff to another thread? The guy that said that stuff was slapped down immediately.

Every one knows. Even reporters hostile to Arnold write as if they expect him to win.

Of course, any "results" will not be broadcast, probably until the polls close in California.

Will the media be this considerate in 2004?

I recommend that FReepers follow my lead and remove Drudge from your links, from your bookmarks and from your minds. He doesn't deserve our attention, nor our hit counts.

Care to elaborate?

Yes, he will win...it's just that it will actually be four weeks or so before the results are certified and the new governor takes over.

McClintock is at least equally a RINO.

What a total false statement.

On the downside he endorsed Large Breasts.

Hey there is nothing wrong with that, if I was in California I'd be voting for Mary Carey, I ummm like her platform shoes. ;-)

Good luck guys and gals, put Gray's lights out for good!

I am still convinced that Davis thinks he can steal this thing. I am hoping I am wrong.

There are a couple million reasons why Davis can't win. I am referring to the absentee ballots. They were mailed before the Arnold/LA Times stuff came out, I would guess that Davis would need a good 55% no vote today minimum to have a shot at keeping his job. It ain't going to happen.

I have decided to hold my nose and vote for Ahnold. There are way too many undecideds out there. These are the votes that can break towards Bustamonte. Too many absentees already in that are votes for Arnold for McClintock to have any shot.

I am glad that this will (hopefully) be over soon, after the legal challenges. Good thing for talk radio that the Kobe pre-trial starts Thursday.

I wonder what she thinks of all that groping hubhub. I can just see her campaign slogan, ONE FREE GROPE, VOTE FOR ME!

Without democrats voting for them, Republicans can't win in this state. I welcome Democrats to vote for our party!!!

"In my mind, RINO now means someone who votes for a candidate who can actually win."

Then you've missed the point.

We don't 'win' if the policies remain the same.
We don't 'win' if the core elements of conservatism are ignored because it is expedient to ignore them simply to put an 'R' behind the name of a state or major city.
In California we will probably gain ground by dumping the current lump of crap but unless Arnie swings well to the right we are only getting a band-aid.

20 to 30 percent of Democrats are abandoning their party. Do the math.

BTW, you probably haven't seen this on Drudge today:

ARNOLD ACCUSER'S STORY FALLS APART...

**MAKE UP ARTIST CLAIMS HE TOOK PHOTOS OF BREAST, WITH WOMAN'S CONSENT...

ARNOLD: 'The statement made today by Rhonda Miller is not factually correct. I recall seeing photographs of crew members in the make-up trailer during the filming of T-2 and on numerous occasions made crude comments when a new photo would be added the ceiling. If my crude comments offended anyone, I apologize'...

Asians make the best donuts.... Mmmmm...

Ain't that the truth? I think it's because of that meticulous ethic they bring with them, and because so many of the shops are family-owned. It's a labor of love and pride for them.

Winchell's used to be the standard in donguhnut shops when I was growing up, but they decided to compete (at least in these parts) with the Cambodian competition by way of cheap labor. Now they're bottom rung.

Still, if you're a AAA member, you can get 10% off at Winchell's if they're the only option.

I guess even Drudge is throwing in the towel... people have had it with the sick fascination the media has displayed towards decades old groping rumors...
