Given the chance, "I'd have killed every American who passes my way," says one Iraqi in pull-quote. Compared to the British, "The Americans are completely uncivilized," read the other pull quote. The Financial Times Deutschland also found American troops guilty of the ultimate war crime: insensitivity.
Someone tell me again why our mainstream (inter)national press - by intentionally, selectively reporting negative news with intent to undermine our war effort - is not guilty of both war crimes and crimes against humanity?

Interesting, although not unexpected. What amazes me more is that this is being reported in the country run by Gerhardt Schroeder . . . the same Gerhardt Schroeder who is so high on everyone's sh*t list, he would kill for any sort of positive relationship from G. W. Bush.
By the same token, Schroeder has made a patsy out of Bush twice before and Bush would be well advised to keep him at arm's length. Schroeder will turn on Bush in a New York Minute if he thinks there is political gain from doing so.

Germany supporting genocide and terror. What a surprise.
Perhaps Germany (several times the enemy of the people of the United States of America)
should invade France again (another POS-enemy of the people of the United States of America).
Go ahead, Germany. It is your way and this time you might get away with it.

This article seems to imply that the Germans are easily riled up and manipulated; that some articulate leader could easily whip the masses into a frenzy and lead them down a destructive path.
LOL...like that could ever happen....

While in Europe, Clinton attacked U.S. President George Bush, his policies, and called into question the validity of his election. While asserting her support for Bush in Afghanistan and Iraq, Sen. Clinton criticized present U.S. policy in Europe, and questioned the Bush administration's use of intelligence information.
Clinton stated that she stands for the "same policies" as her husband, former impeached U.S. President Bill Clinton.
It is apparent that der Ms. Clinton has gone global with her campaign for US president. Both Clintons admired Adolph Hitlers leadership capabilities which included the gassing of thousands and the use of slaves, minorities primarily, to run his war time factories. I find it inexplicable how a person of Jewish heritage, could in good faith vote for a Clinton as their agenda is the same as Hitlers for America. They, the Clintons, are at heart Dictators, not democratic Americans. If Mrs. Clinton were to gain the White House the For Sale sign would once again be on all privately held lands in the US and the White House.
Old EU is diminishing in size and wealth under socialism, but Mrs. Clinton doesnt stop there, she will link up with the inept UN, give them millions of American taxpayer $$ and make Bill the UN secretary...a worst scenario than the holocaust if you ask me!

Now let a German say something about that.
Why do you think, we don't know our history?
I know what hapenned 60 years ago and I'm not proud of it.
Do you know, what has happended that time?
A leader of a big country is standing in front of his people and sais "To live in peace, we need war. Ev'ryone who doesn't join us is our enemy."
Who do you think said that? A little hint : it's been just a few years ago.
By the way... Hitler is dead - since 1945. (I know some American who really asked me how he's going - erm.. who said something about history?) What would an American call a German who sais "I love Germany!" ? Nazi - (which is an abreviation of national socialist) - So what should a German say about an American who sais he loves America? Hero??
- Sorry, I don't think so.
wizardos said that European are "naive, unsophisticated, reactionary, parochial, and easily manipulated"
Well do you know where Europe is?
There are American who think that Germany is somwhere beneath China. Hey, do you know that China is in Asia?
In Germany we say that American people are "naive, ignorant and easily manipulated - especcially by their tv" do you think that's true? I know some - but i also have met American wich aren't.
Next one, Onlivetogive : Sure, that we are "easily riled up and manipulated; that some articulate leader could easily whip the masses into a frenzy and lead them down a destructive path" ???
This time, we are the ones who said "Make love - not war".
By the way. I don't like Saddam but do you think, I'd love someone who tells me I've got to agree with his political aim's or I am his declared enemy?
Did I mention that worldwar II is over for almost 60 years? Why does everyone compare modern Germany to those people?
Don't you think, we all should have learned not to prejudice people by their religion or origin?
I know several hundrets of German people and only a few of them are unable to think for theirselves. But maybe I only know representatives of the 30 percent of intelligent German? - Do you believe that's possible?? I don't...
Next time you try to generalize the people of a country, please take the time to meet them. Promise, I'll do it, too.
Last thing concerning to your posts :
There is some text under my Post - buttons which sais
"Please: NO profanity, NO personal attacks, NO racism or violence in posts."
Are German people persons? - I'd say YES!
Is racism limited to skin colors or religions - I'd say NO!
please think about this before offencing people...
(Sorry if I made some mistakes - my English isn't the best; what about your German?)
