After rambling on how undemocratic it wasClinton is entirely wrong. The recall is not only democratic, it is the most extreme practice of democracy. If anything the recall violates the principals of constitutional republicanism.

hey, it's ok.. think of it this way... if Bubba called you about the recall, I hope you realize that every second you tied up the line, it was preventing that stupid machine from calling another person.
