I would like to take a moment to ask for donations.
It should be clear to all conservatives by now that the left intends to demonize us. They don't just disagree with us, they hate us. And worse, they want to get other people to hate us.
Places like Free Republic drive the left batty.
Please donate. Thanks for your consideration.

I got strung out on Anexia - D [Demerol] after an accident in '85.
When I took too many pills, I got 'dopey' and my speech was slurred [accused several times of being drunk].
I listen to Rush nearly every day and I haven't noticed any of these traits in him; and I doubt that he would need the money!

And take into consideration, until the ear implant, he was having to read a screen that had the caller's dialogue, concentrate on what the caller was saying, the probable tone of voice, and try to formulate a response that he himself would not even be able to hear. Sound like he'd need the opposite of pain killers just to come close to that performance

Glad to see you ok Chap...I think there is more to this Rush thing and once its out the DNC will likely be the root instigator.

I listen to Rush nearly every day and I haven't noticed any of these traits in him; and I doubt that he would need the money! When this is all over, the National Enquirer will be hit with a defamation of character lawsuit that will make the $10 million it paid to Carol Burnett (for alleging that she drunkenly accosted Henry Kissinger at a restaurant) look like chump change. Obviously the people who run the paper are intelligent and savy (they're the best schlockmeisters in the business, after all), but in this instance they let ideological hatred get in the way of common sense.
Big black marks against them will be the rather tepid claim that it never occured to them that the maid was commiting a crime against Rush, and that they let a crime go on for two years while they waited for the 'right moment' so that they could maximize the damage to Rush. If that isn't being an accessory to the crime, it's right next door to being one.

Now you can go back to spewing your mind poison propaganda to all my fellow citizens. Now there's an eloquent, if not ironic, choice of words.
However, though I hate to spoil your glee, I would like to offer these thoughts: if everything alleged about Rush is true, then he deserves our sympathy, our support, and our prayers- much the same as I gave for my (very liberal) brother-in-law; and, that conservative ideas are gaining currency because they are fundementally sound, not because Rush articulated them.

Re: #13. That was quick. Was it removed because of his personal information or witty inbiasedness? (sarcasm)
And for the "Clark for President" guy:
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAWWW!!!!
When this is over, and Rush OWNS that tabloid paper, a lot of people are going to be ashamed of the behavior per this incident.
Oh wait, nevermind. These libs have no shame.

He will only get my sympathies if it is a moral drug problem. But if this is criminal Rush has lost all respect, like he should.

Rush has had slurred speech which he blamed on some unknown entity cutting in on his frequency, or something like that.
Rush is as guilty as sin and still the acting the self-serving, self-agrandizing bombast.
