CONNECTING THE DOTS ON LAWYER FOR RUSH ACCUSER

Don't know if there's anything here, but in trying to get information about Ed Shohat, quite an intriguing web is revealed. He's the attorney for the alleged "maid" to Rush Limbaugh who's reported turning him in for illegal prescription drug purchasing. His Democrat Party ties are known .. but there's more.

Shohat is also the attorney for Eduardo and Hector Orlansky, whose financial intrigue is described here:

Miami Herald Article about Espirto Santo Bank and the Orlansky brothers

It just show happens that Espirito Santo Bank formed a partnership with the Orlansky brothers for the purpose of funding their lucrative factoring business.

"One client of Bankest's was Stratesec, a Washington-area security company. In its financial statements filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Stratesec acknowledges that E.S. Bankest's money was the lifeblood of its financing."

"Stratesec Incorporated (formerly known as Securacom Incorporated) provides comprehensive technology-based security solutions to large and medium sized commercial and government facilities. The company provides consulting, planning, engineering, designing, systems integration, maintenance and technical support services. The solutions provided by the company include integrated security systems, comprising a command center managing one or more subsystems, intrusion detection systems, closed circuit television systems and fire detection systems. The services include security consulting, integration and implementation of the security systems. The clients of the company include Washington Dulles International Airport, Hewlett-Packard Company, EDS, Wachovia Bank, MCI WorldCom, Inc. and Alltel Corporation. The company became publicly held in October 1997."

That information on Business.com has a url shown, but it's not in sync with the name. It's http://www.bpm.it for Banco Popolare di Milano, an obviously Italian site all in Italian.

The brothers Orlansky are being repped by Shohat as a result of their defaulting on some $170M owed to Espirito Santo.

Google search on Eduardo Orlansky:

What you need to do is find a connection to the Democrats or in particular the Clintons and their henchmen. The fact that this happened just after someone engineered Rush's firing wasn't just a coincidence.

I swear..this is getting to look like a typical Clinton "hit". I'm betting that we will find out that this is a Left wing conspiracy.

And another thing...you guys are THE schitt! I love this place!

This little episode, along with the 11th-hour Schwarzenegger smear job, reeks of one Terry McAuliffe.
McAuliffe has already declared both Rush and Arnold GUILTY AS CHARGED in every interview he's done in the last 48 hours.

If it smells of "rat"... there's probably a rat nearby.

Yup, my thoughts too. I'm not a big conspiracy theorist and I know there is much we still do not know- but how can one NOT connect the dots here.

The Left has messed with the wrong guy this time. I hope Rush nails 'em to the wall.

there's an odor here

To 'sweeten' the aroma, this is happening in Palm Beach County, famous for it's presidentail butterfly ballots. Also, the county DA is a member of the New York bar as well as the Florida bar.

I am not going to judge any usage of pain killers by Rush until I find out his side of the story. As a person who has lived with chronic pain for almost 30 years I can testify to the fact that its often difficult to obtain appropriate pain medication due to the ignorance and lack of pain education among MD's. This does not excuse any illegal act, however if Rush had a problem with pain, I refuse to judge him for using even illicit pain killers.
Perhaps if I could receive an adequate dosage of pain medicine I could work again instead of being totally upon my wonderful husband for my support.
Please, before you judge Rush without all the facts (regardless of what atty he hires, let's find out the facts of the case).

"...you hire the best D**M lawyer you can afford."

Damn straight, my man. I am a defense attorney and am amazed at how lawyer haters will ALWAYS go for the best for the job when it is their turn in the bucket.

Good attorneys are not good just because they "get the defendant off"! They are good because they show just how shi!!y the prosecutors case really is.

Hell, Rush's brother is an attorney. Whey doesn't he hire his brother?

Because he wants someone that will leave no discovery undiscovered. No stone unturned. No lead unfollowed.

Just as in OJ (I know, I know...he is guilty!!). BS, that was the most poorly prosecuted case in history. She didn't prove it beyond a 'reasonable' doubt. And for all you back seat drivers, go back and look at the transcripts carefully and LAWYERLY! She did a terrible job.

The shoes and gloves killed her. She should have stopped with the blood splatters and DNA. She created her own doubt and the attorneys merely took advantage of it.

In any event, Rush will never go to trial, he will never take a plea. He will never be charged.

She was supposedly paid $100,000 by the Enquirer, one of David Kendall's upstanding clients.

One might think Rush could outbid the enquirer. She must have had an axe to grind.

YOU ARE 100% CORRECT!
When I would ask people what probability they would put on OJ's guilt, they would come back in the 80-90% range. Then I would tell them that was not good enough. One guy then changed his answer from 85-90% to 100%. . . .

You are also correct that the prosecutor(s) did an abominably poor job. After you show the gloves and connect them by style and size to OJ, you leave it there. The case was lost when they had OJ try them on. "Too tight"--unsworn but unanswerable.

You didn't mention Furman--a very intelligent man, but very unwise.

Oh, and before anyone describes me as a commy pinko or leftist, I am a conservative who believes that criminal defense is the first line of defense of your and my rights.

That is pretty optimistic. If he conspired to obtain thousands of oxys or vics and they can prove it, I think felony.

If he used the postal system, electronic funds transfer or even email to facilitate this......even worse.

I wish him the best. Kicking a large opiate habit is about the hardest thing a human could attempt.

But if Black worked for the Kennedys, is he a partizan pro-lib who might want to make some mischief? This is a lifetime opportunity for a partizan liberal lawyer.

"Rush's sleazy attorney is Roy Black, the guy who got William Kennedy Smith off by trashing the woman he raped."

You mean Rush is poised for a counter-offensive? Sounds good to me. RUSH IS NO DAM%ED DRUG DEALER! This woman needs trash stapled to her lips.

Have we found any other connections between Kendall and Boise other than the Gore/Clinton link?

David Cline was convicted of drug dealing in 1982 in Collier County for cocaine trafficking. He served five years in prison.

That puts a petty criminal's word against one of the most respected men in America's!

I'm not liking Rush hiring a sleazy attorney.

This article isn't about Rush's attorney, but....

If I understand you correctly, if you were wealthy and somebody fabricated charges against you, you'd hire a lousy attorney so you'd "look" good, right?

The dems will try to get sponsors to leave his radio show. He's more powerful than Dr. Laura when she was kicked off of her tv show. Her tv show was boring anyway imo.
