Schröder did not run anti-American, he ran anti-WAR, BIG difference, since WW2 Germany is much too pacifist in my book. He owes his election to pacifism and the floodings in East Germany which gave him opportunity to shine in crisis management.

I did not come whining to you. I am around here for some time now and wanted to share my thoughts on this. I nowhere called for US help, I said "How can WE have let this happen".

That's multiculturalism. The teaching that all non-Western cultures and values are superior. Non whites don't need to feel any guilt --- no matter what their ancestors did but every white must feel guilty for things that happened generations before he was born.

I can't imagine most Germans are happy with hordes of Muslims in your country, just like most Americans aren't happy with hordes of Muslims and illegal aliens in our country.

Getting the politicians to do something about it is another matter, though, and a very difficult one. They usually only seriously listen to Liberals, even if they are conservative.

It's a problem much of Europe is dealing with. How do you determine "what is a German"? And "what are German values"? There will be a breaking point soon enough, where traditional Western values (those that really define both Europe and America) will have to be defended... or lost altogether. Tolerance is not a one-way street, and tolerance of acts which run counter to natural law should not (pardon the expression here:) be tolerated.

The headscarf issue is but the tip of the iceberg.

This islamic malignancy seems to have "carte blanc" in damn near every western nation. In the San Francisco bay area alone there are something like 60 or so of these Saudi sponsored wahabbi indoctrination centers existing with leave of the state and federal governments. This should be policed and cleaned up immediately. Every family that has enrolled a kid in these schools should be packed up and hauled off...kids and all. But nothing happens. This is allowed to develop into what shortly will become an enormous internal terrorist threat.

The problem I see with this Muslim effort, and I saw the same show too...is that it simply opens the door. If you want private schools all over the German countryside...then fine, this is the first of many...and it will orientate these kids in one direction only. All of these Muslim girls will be forced into wearing burkas and face coverings...and I can see the German social office going in to take these girls away from the family because of 'abuse'.

With so much dissatisfaction in Germany of the public education sector...this is simply one more brick for the wall. I can't see any positive outcomes from this mess.
