Nation of Aztlan Endorses Cruz Bustamante
----------------------------------------------------
Estimada Raza de Aztlan
Greetings from the Revolutionary Council and Provisional Government of Aztlan
Next Tuesday October 7, Nuestra Raza will have an unprecedented and outstanding opportunity to elect one of our own as Governor of Alta California. It has been a very long struggle since the invasion of our territories and this election will not be handed to us in a silver platter. We must do everything humanly possible to bring out our gente to vote on October 7. Every community committee and MEChA Chapter throughout the state must work diligently and tirelessly next Tuesday to bring out the vote on behalf of Cruz Bustamante. Remember "Dump Davis - Elect Bustamante"
Throughout the recall campaign, Cruz Bustamante has proven himself to be a loyal soldier for La Raza. He did not buckle under intense pressure to disown or renounce the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA). This is sufficient proof that he will remain loyal to our people if elected. There is no question that Cruz Bustamante is the best choice in this period of our political development.
La Raza de Alta California has arrived at this juncture through a combination of hard work and sheer luck. The hard work consisted in registering our gente to vote and in implementing political education programs in our communities. The sheer luck was a consequence of certain events that combined to lock-in Cruz Bustamante in a situation that presents him with a great chance to win the election. The first is that, as Lt. Governor, he was at the right place at the right time. The second is that Governor Gray Davis happens to be an incompetent of the worst kind. The third is that there was a Republican millionaire that financed the collection of signatures for the recall. The fourth is that Cruz Bustamante seized upon the opportunity and declared himself a candidate. And the fifth and last is that there are two Republicans that will split their vote.
Estimada Raza, let us not forgo this opportunity to elect a governor of Mexican descent since the end of the US war against Mexico. Let us make October 7, 2003 a historic day for our people, a day that will be remembered as the day when we began the retaking of our lost territories.
Remember "Dump Davis - Elect Bustamante"
Hasta La Victoria Siempre,
Cuauhtli Minister of Information Nation of Aztlan for the RC-PGA

I hope the main media picks this up. I think it will hurt him more than it will help him overall.

Bustamante should remember that Arnold has much experience in terminating MEChAs.

Two lines jump out as particularly ominous:
Let us make October 7, 2003...a day that will be remembered as the day when we began the retaking of our lost territories.
and:
there are two Republicans that will split their vote
¡Buena suerte, California!

These people are just like the "Palestinians," however they have yet to use suicide bombings and other terrorism for their "cause." I always wonder about the day they do start doing this and what the US response will be. Will it be to negotiate with them as it currently pushes Israel to do, or will it pursue these terrorists and bring them to justice.......

Aren't these "Aztlan" bozos a foreign organization, or at least heavily subsidisied by a foreign power?
As such, why aren't the feds kicking down their doors like they would a WWII vet in Montana who happened to have a shotgun that was 0.5" too short?
Are high-ranking officials in the Executive branch or DOJ on the payroll of this Aztlan group? Do American government officials have a personal financial or other stake in this Aztlan organization?

From one of Bustamante's Aztlan supporters...
Jewish Maquiladora Owners Scam Tijuana Workers
by Ernesto Cienfuegos La Voz de Aztlan Tijuana, Baja California - September 30, 2003 - (ACN) The Sagal-Modelvsky family of Chula Vista, California, owners of the clothing maquiladora Industria Fronteriza in Tijuana, Baja California are now among the worst and most vile labor exploiters in the world. This scaming Jewish family has essentially robbed hundreds of hard working Mexican women of their salaries and fled north across the border. This type of incident within the US/Mexico maquiladora industry is now becoming all too common and is reminiscent of a similar situation that occurred in the border city of Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua when other Jewish owners attempted to leave to El Paso, Texas without paying salaries and Christmas bonuses to their Mexican workers. The Mexican workers ended up expropriating the factory. The Sagal-Modelvsky family has made a mockery of Mexican Labor Law and has absconded with the hard earned money of hundreds of Mexican women who toiled in the most despicable working conditions imaginable. The maquiladora Industria Fronteriza is one of the oldest in Tijuana and has earned the reputation of being a "hell hole" where workers are routinely abused and forced to work in a dangerous and unhealthy environment. Workers repeatedly complained about the dilapidated and smelly bathroom facilities and the spoiled food that was served in the factory cafeteria. According to workers, who will be crossing the border to march and protest in front of the Sagal-Modelvsky family home in Chula Vista, they are owed their entire salaries for May of 2002 as well as severance pay amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars. They said that the US/Mexico border does not protect the Sagal-Modelvsky family and that they must meet their obligations to pay the workers their rightful salaries. The protest in front of the Sagal-Modelvsky family home will take place on Saturday October 4, 2003. The Tijuana workers and Mexican-American supporters plan to meet at 12 noon in front of the Ramada Inn in Chula Vista at 91 Bonita Road and then march to the home of the Jewish maquiladora owners. This type of cross border worker action is relative new. The US/Mexico border is now becoming increasingly diffused. With the increasing number of Mexicans and Mexican-Americans along a very broad strip of geography on both sides of the border, the area is taking on very unique and very Mexican characteristics. These changes are making it very difficult for Jewish scamers such the Sagal-Modelvsky family to escape justice. LINK

Just like Palestinians is right. I had no idea. If you follow that link to the Atzlan site, there are several articles and graphics showing solidarity with their "occupied" Palestinian "brothers." The Israeli flag with the Star of David replaced by the Swastika is a lovely touch, too.
Personally, I think these MEChistas are way too cowardly to take any kind of action that might put their bronze butts at risk. But you never know.
