Oberoi holds his real anger for Bushmaster Firearms, which manufactured the XM-15 assault rifle... Sure, dont hold the real anger for the actual criminal. Instead, hold it for a company that had nothing to do with the crime.
What started with a conversation last year with a representative from the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence has become a lawsuit filed against the gunmaker and store that alleges gross negligence.
The Brady Center ambulance chasing. Color me shocked.

Oberoi was shot several weeks before the mass shootings that drew worldwide attention. He wonders whether cops had opportunities to nab the suspects earlier.
"When I was shot," he said, "the car, the blue Caprice, was there. A guy saw two men sitting in the car and described it to police. They had the information. I wish they had paid more attention to it." And Oberoi is no fan of former Montgomery County Chief of Police Charles Moose, who headed the investigation.
"I had a chance to meet him, but I didn't want to," said Oberoi. "I don't see why he's considered a hero. He didn't do anything. They [the sniper suspects] just turned themselves in."
I saw an ad on TV last night that USA network will air "23 Days", a made-for-tv movie about the shootings. I won't be watching.
Oberoi holds his real anger for Bushmaster Firearms, which manufactured the XM-15 assault rifle allegedly used by the snipers, and Bull's Eye Shooter Supply of Tacoma, Wash., where the rifle was either purchased illegally or stolen sometime in the summer of 2002, according to investigators. This is illogical. The rifle was either purchased illegally or stolen, so it's Bushmaster's fault? Why isn't this man's "real anger" aimed at the shooters?

While they are at it, sue the companies that mined the raw materials that were used to manufacture the bullet & the gun components, the chemical company that manufactured the ingredients for the propellent, the company that built the automibile the shooters used, the company that made the gasoline for the shooters car, and the union that supplied workers at the automibile factory... yeah that should show them he means business "</sarcasm

Useful idiot alert.
Why stop with Bushmaster and the gunshop? Why doesn't he sue GMC? After all they made the Caprice that was used as a sniper platform and getaway vehicle. Maybe the oil companies for making the gas that went in the car. Let's sue the mining and smelting company that made the iron for the gun and the car. Perhaps he should sue the inventor of smokeless powder.

Thank Goodness he wasn't run down with a Car... I'd miss being able to drive mine since the car company would be sued for murder and driven out of business.
Oh wait.. back to the real world....

The Brady Center ambulance chasing. Color me shocked. I'm not shocked a bit. This has been a tactic for several years. Most of the time they don't even wait for the blood to dry before they call.
