Ring Wash DC with excerpts on billboards.
Surround Teddy-Scuba-Kennedy's compound and offices with it on Billboards.
Print it on fliers and stuff them up . . . well . . .
various suitable places on and about Boxer-face Dillbo and Shrillery, Babs Stridentsandonthebrain et al.

I Was Wrong!**A Must Read
Either I dreamed it or I saw a snippet of this man on FOX News the other night (Hannity and Colmes ?) and he has a book out, entitled I Was Wrong, which isn't showing up on Amazon.com. Maybe it was a pre-publication plug. Something to watch for, though.

Thanks for the ping. I seem to recall an article posted here with similar 'revelations' from one of the antiwar/human shield people. Something about being in Iraq and talking to the citizens. She came back supporting the war, wrote an article and it got buried since.

"Human misery is a national security risk. Address it where you can, and where it has the most potential of becoming human joy, and you increase the security of the Republic."
I disagree. Other country's sufferings are none of our business nor are they a priori or automatically a security risk to our country. See Somalia or the Rwanda massacre. If you would like to help those in need by all means you are free to do so with your own time and money.
That said our nation's military and treasure should only be expended when there is a clear and present danger to our nation. Not because there's a cruel dictator on the loose. Not because of AIDS. And certainly not because our conscious is bothering us.

I remember reading that one too. There was another one posted here too. I believe it was a woman human shield. Can't remember exactly. But very similar to that "I Was Wrong!" one.

It took this guy a long time to find out what most of us already knew, but hopefullty there are more like him out there who will relay the truth.

I definitely agree with you, but I will add this caveat:
Our security and well-being are automatically increased the more countries in the world adopt a capitalist republican society. Democracies don't generally go to war with other democracies, so the more this kind of thing is encouraged, the better it is for everybody. Most human misery these days is caused by countries which don't have these qualities and will, for example, encourage their citizens to become terrorists against us.
A Syrian dictatorship will cause a national security problem for us sooner or later. A Syrian republic with a capitalist economy won't.

Excellent article. It is significant that all the non-media people who've actually been to Iraq are reporting similar impressions.
Principled Dems have been an endangered species recently, so this report is particularly welcome.
Thanks for the ping!

But the case for war was not made on WMD alone.
Besides, Sadman had 14 years in which to hide things in extremely small caches in an area the size of, at least, California.

Looks like another one woke to the truth

I have done just that, forwarded this article to every liberal I know. Even though I am quite aware that they will just poo poo the whole article. Liberals do not care about the truth.

Thanks for the ping!
"We visited the law school in Basra; it has some 300 students, about 10 of them female. The law students were the finest example of hope that I encountered. They told me that the future was theirs and that they needed and wanted our help. I believe we should be paying more attention and giving greater effort to restoring higher education.
These law students are the immediate future. When we met with them a week later, they had formed a protective association, secured a bus for transportation, found a disused grammar school for classes and got their assistant dean to round up some professors who were teaching them. "
OH HOW AWESOME! I feel such hope from this!! Our troops really rock! THEY have provided the time and space for these young people interested in REAL Law, in REAL Justice. Just as our troops provide that same commodity for US!!
We must NEVER forget!

Oh, we found the WMD. We removed his regime.
On another note, there are WMD's. The physical kind. One's that will provide proof. They are in an area we can't get to yet, so one must be patient.
All those in the know, know, where and what. Publicly broadcasting it just to appease the underdeveloped, mentally immature DEMOCRATS would jeapordize chances of recovering these.
President Bush is patiently waiting this out, taking the abuse (and it is ABUSE, and OUTRIGHT LIES) from POLITICIANS that have the INSIDE LINE and KNOW JUST AS WELL what is there and where it is.
My hope is that when recovered, the DEMS who are using this to try and take political advantage are forced to EAT everyone of these 'things' that they claim don't exist.

Thanks for the alert.
I sent this article to quite a few people, and asked them to forward it to others. Their response has been positive. Many expressed growing anger at the Dems for making a political issue out of dying soldiers. One pointedly suggested that this anger should be part of OUR 'new tone', in direct response to Sen. Kennedy's 'old tone'. The President can't do it without looking 'mean spirited', but our lips are not sealed and our hands are not tied.

I know President Bush needs to lead our country and can't get in the sewer with the libs
But I'm sure as heck gonna get the message out and point out how nasty the libs are with their attacks
