President Bush was denounced as an 'evil f---' at a fundraiser this week for Democratic presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry.
The event, held at Manhattan's Intrepid's Sea-Air-Space Museum Thursday night, featured a vulgarity laced performance by techno-rocker Moby, who invited Kerry onstage for a sing-along tribute to punk rock godfather Lou Reed.
As the duo perfomed Reed's classic "Walk on the Wild Side," Kerry "froze," according to the New York Daily News, when Moby reached one particularly obscene portion of the song.
Then, after the song ended, Moby denounced Bush to the crowd of Kerry-backers as "an evil f---," the News said.
It's not clear whether Sen. Kerry was still onstage when the techno-rocker used the obscenity in reference to Bush - or whether the one-time Democratic fronrunner even heard the outburst.
Though the incident reportedly took place four days ago, Sen. Kerry has had no comment on Moby's use of the "F"-word in reference to the President of the United States.

Shocked? no. But we will NOT allow scum and other sewer rats to simply slide on by like you advise.
Maybe if EVERYBODY starts firing back whenever someone talks like they're under an outhouse, this country may get to be a little more civilized like it used to be.
If this language were used in front of me when I had my wife or family with me, that pig would not have any front teeth.

This is how Democrats think about Republicans. They see us as the blood enemy, and fount of all that is wrong in their make-believe world.
Unfortunately, Republicans are usually too busy fighting amongst ourselves over the purity of doctrine to notice.

Of course you are correct..!!

America-haters have: Music, Network TV, Cinema, Education, Fine Arts, the Stage, Major Newspapers, Universities, FM Radio... all locked up in an ideological package. In short: the entire "culture". Thank goodness for us this time. Children have a tendancy to rebel against cultural authority.
There's a payback time comming. When the pendulum swings too far to the left, it's going to literaly fly back tward the right at great speed.

Ones man's stooping is another man's engaging. The right needn't resort to infantile tactics like the left, it can use the best weapons available today: humor, ridicule, truth, music, imagery, marketing.
Reagan's genius is that he understood marketing. He hired good Madison Avenue ad execs and allowed them to practice their craft in service to the conservative cause. He didn't resort to gutter tactics, he stayed above the mudslinging, and we got 12 years of GOP in the White House.

Look at the ears on Kerry..."Why the long face John?"
"And Mr. Ed replies, "cause Wilbur didn't give me my evening feedbag."

I agree with your pendulum analogy. The right is in ascendency, while the left is compounding it's mistakes daily.
My kids have lived their whole lives being lectured to by the liberal mainstream culture. They begin to resist when they get their young-adult footing. In their experience, all the busybody angry-mean social engineering is performed by Democrats through schools and entertainment.
We're seeing the first cracks in the Leftist Monolith now: South Park ridiculing the liberal sacred cows, Mad TV daring to spoof the libs, King of the Hill (at times), a backlash aganst the Infect Truth campaign.
The GOP should hire the creators of this stuff, pay them whatever they need, allow them to have fun, and air the results on a generous TV schedule. It would blow this struggle into the headlines where it belongs.

Perhaps it's because of the fact that I've read alot, but everytime I hear about that musician named Moby, I can't help but think about that great white whale.
Ummmm, what was it's name again?
Coincedence?...I think not....

History shows that the right WON'T resort to these kind of "hate-speech" tactics.
They'll only be accused of it, with TIME headlines such as "WILL ATTACK POLITICS COST THE GOP?"

"The DemocRATS will cater to ANYONE if it gets them the power they crave.
Regardless of the damage done to the US. "
Case in point: when they tried to get the convicted felons of Florida the right to vote while throwing away the military ballots. They knew that convicted felons average 85% for democrats. That says a lot about the party.

I was about to write a check to the Intrepid. Thanks for this post. I'll save my money for something more worthwhile....such as FR..... Your call. Consider that the Intrepid is a venue for rent, just like Madison Square Garden, the piers, etc.
I know that Cheney, Rumsfield and Hillary!, have all taken advantage of the Intrepid as a backdrop. Just last week, my favorite cigar vendor, JRs, used the flight deck for a huge smoke-in (wish I was there).

'Walk on the Wild Side' (besides being lame) doesn't sound like a very politically correct song. Did Kerry sing the part "and the colored girls sing"?
Democrats are a bunch of phoney bigots.
The press should ask Kerry what his black constituents think of his cool song.
