Ok, people I need some help. I know I've seen the answer somewhere, but just can't locate it. I have a friend that tells me that Bush has more judges confirmed at this point than any previous president including Clinon.

Can anyone give me links/documentation of comparisons how the Bush nominees have fared compared to say Clinton, Bush I, Reagan etc. percentage confirmed, days waiting for confirmation/hearing???

Awww, shoot. I got it backwards dang it. (Not enough blood in my caffine). My friend maintains that Bush has more confirmations than Clinton, or Bush I, or Reagan had at this point.

I find that hard to believe and thought I had seen articles showing the percentage breakdown to be pretty obvious as to Democrat obstruction tactics. Help me out if you can please.

Clinton had 374 confirmed judges, only four less than Reagan, and the second-highest total ever, according to the Free Congress Foundation. Does that sound like a vacancy crisis to you?

To add a little more context, in three-plus terms, Roosevelt only had 197. Nixon's term-and-a-half only gave him time for 231 confirmed judges.
