i AGREE. But I don't think it can come from rulings. It must come from very, very criminal activity. I doubt even gross immorality would do it unless it was with very small children these days.

[self censored] But then, that sounds like such a racist comment though it's not really--just a socio-economic comment on those seemingly addicted more to humping and drugs than honest work and genuine education.

I agree.
But does even SCOTUS really have the cajones left to treat that issue appropriately?

Then can the Democrats have a Primary this coming November using the same system of voting?
(Might have been asked already)

I understand your point Woody. SCOTUS needs 5 votes to gran cert. I don't know if they are there.
I'm holding out hope that the Ninth Circuit en banc slaps down Clinton and Caters three stooges like they did when three stooges issued an order banning the recitation of the Pledge in California Public Schools.
To: pointsal
Heck, until Kalifornia or whatever its called is flat on its financial back.....nothing will happen.
To: Peach
This is why, for those who say they won't vote for President Bush again because he does thus and such that they don't like, that it is IMPERATIVE to stay the course.
Judges make or break our system and they are breaking it.
You said it, Peach! Your words definitely bear repeating.
I know how I'll be voting on Election Day 2004:
The "Bush Country" Store bumper stickers

Freeper Sport wrote the following in another forum and gave me permission to use his words again on this thread; I think they are exactly right:"The night that bill clinton was elected to his second term as President, I said to myself that if the people of the United States, knowing what a lying, traitorous, hater of the United States he was could re-elect him that we deserved what ever he did to us.
This is a continuation of the clinton stragety.
They first tried it during the '00 election. It came very close to succeeding.
Their fifth column, the media, beat up the Supreme Court Justices that upheld the law, therefore, when they did another illegal switch in New Jersey, The Supreme Court, still smarting from the beating they took from the media did not stop them.
Essentially, under bill clinton, the democrat political party has taken control of this Nation."

Also, this has to be the most posts per hour I've ever seen. People are pi$$ed off about judicial tyranny. Wouldn't you be ? This is one step closer to something the dems REALLY don't want to open.
The soap box failed. The ballot box is thwarted. The jury box is rigged.

It is a state's right issue in one sense, because the state has certified the election, and it is in our constitution. The court has usurped the state. The bad thing is how hard will our democrat SOS fight for this?

As Rush L. just pointed out the SCOTUS last avoided state election issues as they came up in the Torricelli race. The more I hear out of Rush's mouth, the more convinced I am becoming that he is an idiot.

If the delay stands, there will be a huge push after the first of the year when the driver license law goes into effect to get illegal aliens registered to vote. The March election will look like something from a third world dictatorship.Forget March, at the rate the socialists are pushing tyrannical laws through the state government, Calf with be a third world dictatorship in under a month.
By the way, when asked if the 9th circuit decision was politically motivated, Arnold said, "yes." (I saw the question be asked to Arnold on the Fox News)
To: mhking
We spent so much time fighting between ourselves, unable to compromise and to look ahead, that we forgot who the real monster is. This is what happens when you get governed by Liberals who appoint Liberal judges.
