Today President Bush traveled to Ft. Stewart, Georgia to address the 3rd Infantry Division military personnel and their families, and to thank them, and honor them with the Presidential Unit Citation. He then traveled to Mississippi to attend a fundraiser for GOP gubernatorial candidate Haley Barbour and his wife, Marsha at the Mississippi Coliseum in Jackson. From there he went on to Houston to attend a faith based initiative function at the Power Center with long time friend, Pastor Kirbyjon Caldwell, and will be returning to the White House this evening. A BUSY day for our fine President! There are LOTS of pictures tonight, so sit back, kick off your shoes, and enjoy your Daily Dose of Dubya!!

How typical of the media. All I heard today was that Johnny Cash was given an honor by President Clinton.
No bias at all!

What an positively uplifting group of pictures, especially after yesterday's somber mood. Thank you so much for taking the time to post these for us. There's nothing like photos of W and the military and their mutual admiration society. I owe you a FReepmail which I will try to do before the weekend is out.

This is my favorite picture as well. Awesome respect. Yes, OhioWfan, he's looking pretty good tonight, he's in his element. Remember how clinton and "his" troops used to hate being together? But President Buh really loves these guys. NOW I wish he'd fix that little problem with Servicepeople's benefits. Hope it gets taken care of soon -during President Bush's 2d term :)

It appears to me that there are two soldiers not saluting. One at the top and the other to the rear (sorry Sir) of the President. The one toward the top is female, I don't know about the one sitting lower.

Did Bush loan Reverend Kirbyjon his tie? I could swear that's the same tie George W. wore when he was sworn in as Prez!

I am so angry! My hubby just called me from the Fresno Freepers rally for the troops. It appears someone alerted the police to the fact that a "Hate Group" was out there, so they of course went to investigate! The news came also, so they interviewed Jim Robinson and JustAmy! We knew that an ugly leftist website is threatening to invade our annual tailgate picnic tomorrow, and I have a feeling this is who is behind this despicable act! GRRR! Prayers for us tomorrow if you would please ladies!

Thanks, I never would have seen that little sweetie. She's with her daddy, I'm sure, who wanted to make sure she saw the President! I hope her Daddy gets a copy of that picture.

Hey, I didn't know the President is in Houston tonight. Does anyone know if he flew into Bush Intercontinental Airport or did he go into the airforce base? I live 4 miles from the airport. Just wondering if I would be able to see AF1 fly over.
