Didn't mean for children to see this, but if you believe it was necessary for him to see it, then trust your judgement. You know your son. Perhaps, one day in the future, he will do something to help prevent another 9/11.

I strongly agree.

The media did a tremendous dis-service to our populace by not showing the images of death that were caused by these ilsamist fanatics. We should have seen (as many Asian and Europeans saw) the footage of the people who had jumped from their 80th floor windows in the WTC rather than face incineration in the 2,000 degree furnace that their offices had become, and heard the dull thud as their bodies slammed into the pavement below at 100 mph.

The connection between 9-11 and radical islam should have been drawn indelibly in the mind of each and every American to steel us for the battles to come. What the leftist, hate-America media has done is unforgivable.

Thank God for the internet and conservative talk radio for getting the truth out to the few, so that we can spread the truth.

Yes, the photos are very graphic, but this is what happened that day. Horrible, just horrible. The media avoided showing these images. And never hear a mention of the children that were killed on 9/11. Prayers for the victims of 9/11 and their families.

I cannot recall any national media sources ever mentioning the deaths of children on 9-11. Guess the elites had determined that the sheeple shouldn't be made too upset. It's bad for business, and we might become "intolerant".

I for one believe that had there been a lot less "tolerance" and a lot more "disccrimination" in the 1990's, we would not be mourning our losses of 9-11.

He wasn't with me for this thread, it was another posting that he saw.

Since that day I have gone to great effort to make sure he learns his American history from many sources. I even saved a lot of stories and such from this War.

I asked on another thread and never got a response, where can I find the stories of heroism from that day ? There was a wonderful article in Reader's Digest last year, but it may have accidently been tossed.
