I just got off the phone with Mike, it's official, he has his new orders...he's been extended til April..that will make him gone 14mos.....he may get a 2 week leave to come home, but no details yet......I hope Eric fares better.....Im just sick...Im going to bed.

I genuinely feel your pain -- war is hell and so is the fact that Clintoon so depleted our military that we are now forced to deploy our troops for such extended periods of time!

As my mother-in-law told me (she was separated from my father-in-law for over 2 years during WW2), you just do what you have to do and trust that God is in control of the details!!!!

I am so sorry mystery. My husband is the best, an angel. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't see his dear face every day. Hoping and praying he will at least get a leave to come home soon.
