Military absentee ballots were challenged by teams of attorneys who volunteered from all over the state to go to Miami-Dade and S. Broward (I think) to recount. The attorney I worked for a "recruitment letter" but he didn't go because he voted for Nader.
Marc Racicot came down to Florida to watch the recounts so that GOP reps wouldn't get ejected from counting rooms. IT WAS ALL AWFUL and Bush won, I think he got even more votes the last count. It was more than 500 votes. I can't speak for the black vote problem.
The Panhandle thought that Gore won so they turned their cars around and went home. That's what the NATIONAL MEDIA DID TO THE PANHANDLE.
CR, I did say "pander" but it's been a long couple of weeks. We're trying to keep a Florida woman alive. Her husband and Judge wants to starve her to death and she's not in a coma. Visit Terri Schiavo's thread. You'll see why I am wilting on other threads. She needs everyone to call Governor Bush.

Please don't complain to Fox. When you opponent in a debate starts a frenzied attempt to show how stupid he is, just get out of the way!
I'm sure the White House was taping the show, and laughing themselves silly.

The only ones taking these boobs seriously is the media. Not unexpected. They'll use any vehicle at all to bash America in general and President Bush in particular.
The few cuts I heard on the radio of these scum trashing the President made me want to cry.

For the next debate the voice of Joe Lieberman will be provided by James Earl Jones.

I agree! There was no disenfranchisement o f black voters, that is a cruel, divisive myth. I live in Florida and no that African Americans voted in greater numbers than ever before. Joe Lieberman showed what an unpatriotic troll he is by advancing that cruel lie.

I am most interested in how Sharpton does. If he draws the most applause, the rest will look really stupid.
I thought it fitting to add this to the tail end of this thread.
Sharpton definitely had the most stage presence. He really did make the others look limper than ever.

Clinton appointed the idiot to be Ambassador to New Zealand, after she lost her bid for her Senate seat due to numerous scandals regarding her first election and other issues.(mostly misappropriation of funds)
I think Braun must have been owed a favor by Clinton. I don't even want to imagine why..................................................

From the little I heard LIEberman turned out to be the lowest of the low. Pandering to a new low.I nearly ripped the arms off my recliner when I heard those comments.
It was lucky for the wiener dog that he was not sitting on my lap at the time.

Yes .. they are!!

The idiocy is: if Halliburton started laying off people because of Graham's lack of support for funding .. Graham would be the first in line to bash Halliburton AGAIN. This is why their logic doesn't ever work.
To: Political Junkie Too
Exactly!! However, I think their performance only loses them more votes.

Kerry's trying to use Bush's words from Bush's National Cathedral speech. Bush said [paraphrase] the terrorists started this, but we're going to finish it on our time table. Just another distortion of what Bush said. So what else is new!

Graham - I thought he dropped out ..??
To: Gritty
Hmmmm? $13 billion - where did that come from Dicky ..??

I checked the message you said you answered (344) and I see no relationship....
To: My Favorite Headache
Gephardt shouting that Bush hasn't got the help we need.........29 countries ARE helping, dummy. All this is Hate Speech IMO......I really don't know how Bush can even be civil to these wannabees.

Besides, this thread is hundreds of replies long and over a month old. Why would you expect me to go through the entire thing to sift out a question to your answer unless you referenced it more exactly?
