Did anyone see Brit Hume tonight? I don't know how he kept a straight face while telling us that the name Hillary was one of the top baby names in the 70s and 80s - until 1992 when it plummeted from the most popular charts even faster than Adolf and Ebeneezer had. I loved it!

If she runs, we'll find out that not only is the name unpopular, but the creature itself is.

Dick Morris is on O'Reilly right now talking about Hillary's over-the-weekend pow-wow.

Morris: Dean is still the frontrunner. The only ones to beat Dean are Hillary or Gore. Gore could enter if Dean falls. That could knock Hillary's 08 chance. Hillary has to get Bush reelected for her to enter 08. (Sorry, Dick, I think she can't take that big of a chance--she will run in 04, unless GWB's ratings are in the 60's.)

Morris: Bush "presence" is trying to keep Gore and Clinton out. They must announce by mid-Oct or they lose out.

Morris: Bush can't run on "Iraq" but must go on "Iran"--not a war, per se, but creating Iran as the next devil to be scrutinized.

This Dude ought to be careful,,sometimes what you wish for is what you really don't want. It gives me a headache to think about it. There could be riots, gunplay, family fracases. It would be terrible beyond imagining. I have friends and relatives whose relationships with me would end. We survive by not talking about the Clintons and the Bushes. It is the most divisive terrible election I can imagine. The only worse thing would be a terrorist attack.

Yuck... it gags me to even think that Hitlery and W could even be in the same room, much less in a campaign race against together. I personally do not want to watch this particular race. She needs to go retire to a beach in France and stop torturing us.

"crooked judges and making south Florida ballot instructions so complicated that only the smartest of household pets and potted plants could understand them"

Ooooh how quickly they forget - the "crooked judges" were the DEMOCRAT Florida Supreme Court - who didn't support Bush .. and the "Florida ballot" WHICH WAS WRITTEN BY A DEMOCRAT - in a DEMOCRAT DISTRICT - was pre-punched incorrectly for Buchanan - and not Gore.

At this point, I can't picture the dem candidate being anybody other than the hildabeast. The Clintons and Terry MacAuliffe still control the money in the dem party and the Clintons are leaving too many bases uncovered, too many variables they can't hope to control, if they try to wait until 08.

Now that my schedule has slowed down, I need to catch up so armed myself today with some light reading, "High Crimes and Misdemeaners" and "The Case Against Hillary Clinton". With their disgraceful behaviors, I've been told by several lifelong D's they'll never vote RAT again.

'04 - no '08 - maybe '04 - probably '08. Ack, it's easier to just play along with what The Amazing Kreskin predicted this weekend that she will run in '08 but will LOSE.

Won't be no contest.

The democrats will say that there is a law that everyone must vote for hillary.

Half of the members on this forum will vote for because of that.

Funniest thing I saw in months -- commentary about how hillary could get elected -- she kills of bj and runs on the sympathy vote in a black pantsuit! Loved it! Imagine the SNL skit for that one!

Why do you think Bush held off, and just now is allowing the Peter Paul investigation against Hillary to continue? Did he "know when to hold-em"??

Dream matchup? It makes me puke. I'll be forced to don a toxic chemical suit and give GWB another vote.

They portray Bush as somebody you could keep busy for hours, parakeet-style, simply by putting a mirror and a cuddle bone in front of him...

Cuttlebone. Not "cuddle bone."

Rich Galen, a GOP consultent, was on KSFO this morning and indicated that Bill Clintons's approval ratings in Sept. 95 were 44%. We know who won the presidency in 96. Remember, ratings go up and they go down. Change is constent in our life. If Hillary or Al get in the things may change for the better for George and to the other twos detriment.
