The Justice Department should've been moving on all this LONG ago. Now, if Hillary comes out as a candidate for president, and THEN all at once the Bush Justice Department is going after her, can you imagine the field day the press will have with THAT? 'Twill be just one more instance of reactive Republicans being one-upped. In the end, of course, Bush will do nothing vs. her BECAUSE of the perception.
