I am outraged by this example of Bush administration political smallmindedness. Just because the American-hating Canadian socialists have opposed US actions to keep most of the world free is no reason to retaliate against their geese. I was working up in the Twin Cities the other day listening to local talk radio, where the geese were affectionately referred to as "sky carp".

We have some massive local flocks in western New York, and not enough hunters to cut down the numbers. Raising the limits should make for more shooting, but not having a limit is a much better solution. I HATE playing the back nine at beaver island because of the goose droppings. BTW, deep fried goose fingers are finger likin' good.
