OH good question, Ms Kathy! The star charts are in my coat pocket! Here you go!

Tex roots around in her pocket and finds the maps and the flashlight and hands them to Ms Kathy. She and Ms Feather bend their heads over them to decide which sector of the sky to look at first.

Good question, Ms Jinx (or is it Mr?) We will let out some of the gas. We can heat up more if need be. Ms Feather doesnt realize it but she's straddling the place where the flame will come out if we need to fire it up!

Okay, and if the pills don't work, I'll just lean over the side -- and because I'm not supposed to "look down," I'll never see who I hit if my lunch makes it back to earth before I do. Out of sight and all that. ;)

I hadnt realized we were so close to the Grand Canyon!!

TEX frantically flips through her topo maps trying to see how we covered so much distance so quickly!

You're right, we're not THAT close to the Grand Canyon. Turn around and look over there...see...that's Lake Michigan out the other side of the balloon.

Well, get your head out of the way to the picnic basket, Ms Feather! Wha'd you expect??? MANNERS???? We are above the ground right now, safe and floating. We are not terribly far from where we planned to land. Thought we'd land in Tonk's back yard! The jet stream is moving perfectly tonight, and we are making REAL good time! We'll probably be there soon. But there is STILL time to look at Mars and some of the other sky objects! (
