Thanks for the directions. I'm planning. I won't eat, but I'm looking forward to hearing the truth for a change from people rather than the TV or newspaper lies.

I would love to make the drive up.
As of right now I have had to push a Server migration to the 20th so I can attend my brothers wedding on the 13th.
If the migration changes I'll be there, but it does not look good for CyberCowboy777.

EagleSoft isn't bad - I wrote Dental X-Ray Storage, DICOM-Compliant, software a long long time ago

Only issue I have with EagleSoft is the mandatory clearinghouse usage for claims to the State.
I have another client that uses Dentrix - seems like decent software. The client configuration good have been done better but I have seen worse.

I've actually been looking at a newer Dental System, called FreeDental - written in Dot Net, open-source... I may contribute some digital imaging work to the rpoject. Not sure yet though - still thinking on it...

I am NOT a programmer/database guy, that is my old man. I just have to make it all work together. But from what I have seen Billing and Claims has got to be a pain. Different States, different rules and procedures, always changing.
WA is changing the procedures again and is adding another layer for processing.
They encourage direct submission to this new entity but EagleSoft requires submissions via their clearinghouse.

Howdy, Libertina! Publius reminded me to ask you if they allow alcohol at this particular facility. Hate to bring all that home-brew down and have to keep it locked in the trunk. If not I can always bring something else.
What, no high-speed Internet access? What kind of a wilderness is this, anyhow?
To: Chad Fairbanks
How do you like Dot Net?
My firm does allot of work for two Boise Cascades mills and I just setup a Dot Net server a few months back. I won't be programming for it (the old man has/will) but the potential seems great. A solidification of things we have been doing for years with ASP/Intranet stuff.

Dot Net has been good to me so far - I use it to write a lot of test harnesses now. C# seems to be a pretty sweet language, so far. But, I guess I'll know when I actually get to do some serious work in it ;0)
