Madonna's Immoral Behavior At MTV Awards (Action Alert)

Did Britney and Christina expect quite such a slobbering expression of gratitude from Madonna at last night's MTV Video Music Awards?
...the 45-year-old Queen of Pop foisted lingering, open-mouthed kisses on the pretenders to her throne. Britters and Aggers were together to perform an ironic Like A Virgin, the song with which Madonna kicked off the MTV awards way back in 1984.
The pair were decked out in the same kind of white wedding dress worn by Madonna for that seminal performance, writhing around on stage like good 'uns. Then Her Madge appeared, dressed in black, and greeted her tribute-payers with a bit of Material Girl on girl action, tongues and all.
... 'Will Madonna stop at nothing in the name of shameless self-publicity?' asked one cynic.

Public schools and universities have become festering hellholes of decrepit immorality, leftism, and political correctness. Add in TV, and you start to see why the bar for moral standards keeps dropping!

If you want a good scare, spend a couple of hours watching MTV. Seriously.

As for Christina...
Man, her skins turned pasty already (maybe it's just that someone removed all that whore make-up)

the initial post says to call or email The Gap at
custserv@gap.com or 800-gap-style
thus, the call to take action.

it will be interesting to see how they do THIS quarter, since THIS quarter is when the Madonna ad campaign began.

I agree. I read in an article by the Denver Post that Gap sold more than 1,100 pairs of monogrammed jeans and corduroy pants in a one-day promotion at a Manhattan store. As immoral as she is, the ad will more than likely bring a handsome return on investment for the Gap.

There are a lot more important things to concern ourselves with instead of the attention-grabbing by Madonna. She's done that her entire career - so did you expect anything different? Likewise, MTV breaks their collective necks to try to out-trash the prior year's VMA's each year. Did you truly expect anything different? Finally, there's always something you can do if you're truly disgusted by all of this. Use something called an on/off switch or perhaps another item called a channel changer. It's on all televisions. Not only that, you can block any channel you truly feel to be repugnant.
Also, if you are that upset with The Gap's choice for television pitch model, you can always not shop there.

Prarie: I think so.
Jonalvy44: Thanks.
Mhking: It's not so much about what it is, as what it represents. I can't speak for anyone but myself, but personally I'm sick of the moral degeneration the left has subjected Western civilization to. Really, the French boycott has to be mirrored by a Hollywierd boycott. The left coast has got to realize that the rest of us won't tollerate their garbage anymore. The shareholders of big media have got to realise conservativism = ratings = sales = profits. It's time for the "vast right wing conspiracy" they fear so much to make like a mack-truck and crush their purile (and, in this case, senile) excuses for entertainment.

By not expressing my outrage, I am indirectly giving acceptance. No thanks. I'm here to make a stand.
We did it with ABC and Garofalo...sitcom got canned.
We did it with MCI and Glover...commercial got canned.
Now let's do it with the Gap. We need to send a message. We are the consumers, and we ain't buying. Nothing wrong with giving them some feedback.

Justin Timberlake, Brittney's ex-, was caught by one of the cameras watching the trio perform. I almost felt sorry for him, as he watched Brittney make an utter fool of herself, and sink to new lows.
Incidentally, Justin's video for, "Cry Me a River" won him an award. It was a song about his breakup with Miss Spears.
