MSNBC had an item on NEW rumblings about HRC running in 2004.. It was in conjunction with more on Wes Clark also getting serious about a run..Mentioned something about a 'high level mtg' that the OTHER Dem candidates were informed of.... Ickes has formed a 'soft money group' which could benefit HRC, and, again, some high level mtg about the possibility of her running. ..Nachman and Bill Press will be discussing this SOON on msnbc...tune in NOW.

No, sir or madame, it is you who are naive. You fail to recognize that the ONLY reason there is ANY hope for any Dem to beat Bush is because there is some weakening on his right flank over CFR, the Aff Action statements, and the spending. These would fly out the window in a heartbeat if the Beast runs. I'm telling you, you have not seen negative turnout like you will see with that woman. I bet right now if you took a poll of Freepers who at this moment said they would not vote for Bush in 04, then told them the opponent was Hillary, 95%---all but the most radical Libertarians---would suddenly switch their votes.

This man is also dangerous, a sub-ordinate General refused an order from him saying "I will not let you make me resposible for WW3"

With a Clinton backing .. yes I agree he is dangerous

Alone by himself .. he is an idiot

IMO .. it will be a Clinton/Clark ticket

The ONLY way Hillary! will run run is if she KNOWS she has it in the bag. Be very afraid

I agree. If this is true, then she knows something we don't -- probably it's the economy.

If she does run, she won't win. She has all of Bill's corruption, with none of his charm.

What America doesn't know is that this man could potentially be the first American Adolf Hitler. His career highlights, including planning and leading the Waco assault, and his NATO command show actions which hint at his psychological instability and capabilities of detached brutality. His career shows an unprecedented advancement by Bill Clinton which more than hints at payback for nasty secrets kept. I believe given great power this man would do great evil.

Okay, my bad. Clark who? Do you have anything I can look at...links, I mean. I don't care who Satan is running with, and it doesn't matter because she is straight from Hell.

There is no fear in the voting booth. Women would vote against her, about 60-40. Men, 65/70-35/30.

I don't think Clark ever got in this to get the nomination, more likely to provide "defense gravitas" to the ultralib who gets the nomination. and what ultra lib anti-military candidate would need a general more than Hillary?

They all would need Clark as a running mate by that logic -- particularly Dean.

Hillary won't get in unless Dean falters and Kerry gains traction. I think Hillary's calculus is that Dean has "no-chance" in the general election, but Kerry could conceivably pull it off.

The Democrats are going to lose in 2004, whoever the candidate. Why would Hillary rush into 2004 and lose in an effort to prevent Clark from winning when he will lose anyway?

There it is...she's gonna present herself as the "last, best hope" for the rudderless Democratic Party - mark my words...

You're right, that's how she'll do it.

What a pompous jerk, she is.

I think Dean believes in liberalism more than Hillary

Dean believes in liberalism .. Hellary believes in communism .. read up on her early years and the things she wrote about and who she interned for

And they didn't feel this way in 2000 after 8 years of Clinton with Gore running???

Anyone who actually would vote for her should be put into a gulag - and never let back out. Meanwhile, she and her husband deserve "the full Mussolini".

If she does indeed run, I'd expect voter fraud on a scale never before seen in this nation - or possibly even the world. If the libs thought we were pissed about their last attempted coup in 2000, they have no idea what the results would be should they steal this election by The Ankle in 2004. Civil war could happen if she pushes just a little too hard, with the DoD on our side.

She has to run if Clark runs. She cannot afford the possiblity, however unlikely, of Clark winning in 04 and possibly again in 08, which would sideline her til 2012.

I'm beginning to think that Clark's trial balloon is a test of how the Clintonistas are going to try and get Hillary into either the White House or the Veep seat. Wesley is expendable - so the lib media will see if they can gloss over his obvious warts, pretend that the spontaneous development of a sophisticated "Draft Clark" movement is grass-roots, and sell this particular pig in a poke to the voting public. This way, if it doesn't work, if the alternative media such as FR carries the day in exposing this fraud to enough of the general public to shoot down his candidacy, then Hillary hasn't taken fire and they can try another approach. If it does work, if Clark does get some traction, expect Hillary to enter the race either this election or next using the exact same tactics.

The contrast in worldviews and the corruption of the Clinton's and the lib's defense of it will literally ruin many relationships..

Prophetic words. I was just thinking about this.

Probably the single worst political cabal ever invented would be Hitlery Klintoon/Clarke/Billious Klintoon. That would certainly end the US of A permanently and turn it over to the UN (the might even make the Felon the head of the UN!). It would be goodbye to US sovereignty, goodbye to national defense, hello to huge gummint, pure socialism and sky-high taxes and hello to one-world controls over our country. It might even bring on another revolution, who knows?

Get the US out of the UN now! Defeat the evil RATS everywhere!

"Don't ever underestimate the Devil."

My wife and I are both registered Republicans and have been arguing about Hillary’s run for some time now. I should point out that when it comes to pragmatic analysis of things like this she is usually more on target than I am. Here are some of the points she made after I told her that W beating HRC would be a cakewalk.

1. Barring Fox and MSNBC the rest of the televised and most of the print media loves her.

2. For a challenger, unseating an incumbent usually involves overpowering the American voter’s general dislike of change and uncertainty. In many respects, Hillary is already perceived by many (if not officially holding the title POTUS) of having not only White House experience but presidential decision making experience.

3. A president holding office has been through the fire of scrutiny and during second term elections is typically only accountable for the decisions of his first term. The challenger is the one who has to needs to overcome all the skeleton’s in his/her closet. In Hillary’s case, not only are all those horrible skeletons already known but the media and most Americans have made it perfectly clear that they do not care.

4. The Dem’s will pick on the deficit spending/tax cut issue as well as the lack of closure (liberal term) with WMD’s, OBL, and Saddam.

5. When she announces this run she will say that she was unable to stay on the sidelines and had to step forward and save the party. She will abdicate her throne in the Senate and even if she loses this one, will be spared the possibility of not retaining her seat in the next election and is in no way compromised in an additional 2008 presidential run.

My wife has also informed me that I am a poor barometer of the nations attitude and am too mired in FR, FOX, conservative talk radio, and surrounding myself with conservative friends to objectively decide if Hillary would stand a chance.

As she aptly put it “Never underestimate what that evil bitch is capable of. Remember, Hitler was popular too.”
