The answer is yes, for sure. And how many judges were
really involved in the case and knew the details like Greer does?
I think Felos would like to snooker readers into assuming 11 "unbiased" judges were involved and that those 11 judges provided 11 individual unbiased rulings.
My guess is that most of those 11 rulings came from George W. Greer.

The Supreme Court of Florida has 7 justices. Felos could also be using them individually in his account of '11 times'. That would leave 4 times for Greer individually.
