The Supreme Court of Florida has 7 justices. Felos could also be using them individually in his account of '11 times'. That would leave 4 times for Greer individually.

Almost all of these seven Supreme Court justices in Tallahassee were appointed by the late popular liberal Gov. Lawton Chiles (D). They are the ones who tried to enforce selective recounts in pro-Gore counties in December 2000, until blocked by the U.S. Supreme Court.
