Terri may be saved because a local legislator went to Terri's counsel to report J. Greer talking to him about Jeb Bush minding his own business.
I believe it was John Carassas but the Motion does not give his first name. John Carassas is a good lawyer-legislator for Largo area. GOP

Speaking of elected officials...I wonder how folks would feel about voting for a judge who has problems reading/seeing and doesn't bother to look at evidence that is presented to him.
I don't think Greer is even protected by the ADA.
MAJORITY OPINION
(O'CONNOR, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which REHNQUIST, CJ., and SCALIA, KENNEDY, SOUTER, THOMAS, and GINSBURG, JJ. joined) The Court affirmed the Tenth Circuit's interpretation of the scope of ADA coverage, and held that the [vision impaired] petitioners had not shown they were "disabled" within the ADA's meaning.

Well, do you think Greer would have become incensed if the late Governor Lawton Chiles had similarly tried to intervene on Terri's behalf?
